Music Listening Session: Lōʻihi Records, Luca Young

An immersive audio/visual listening event for bassist and ambient sound artist Luca Young's new release, "Infinite Lovers, Pt. I" Please join us for this special presentation of Luca Youngʻs latest release, Infinite Lovers, Pt. I. Come on a meditative journey through this haunting, abstract masterwork of ambient tone-painting at the intimate Pō Amphitheater in Capitol Modern's Lēʻahi Gallery. The album runs approximately 35 minutes and will be accompanied by a single-channel projection from visual artist Ainako (Chris Legaspi). In addition to the work, there will be a discussion with Luca on his art, process and vision. Luca will sign copies of the limited edition cassette pressing of this album that ambient music icon Alaskan Tapes calls "an instant classic." Pupus and beverages on the lānai to follow.
